soooooooo another week of school has passed by but this week was made bearable b/c we had wedndsday off due to zhongqiujie
friday night we went clubbing for free at SPARK where they had open bar til 1230 but i got there 1215 and couldnt get a drink before they closed it down =/ very crowded inside but that ws expected since everything was free. had a good time regarldess with great ppl =) and they had amazing remixes of current american top hits. we went for 24 hour dimsum afterwards at a place near LUXY the first club we went to on the first night. the orange juice was freshly squeezed and half off!! food was good and not too expensive for US standards but expensive for TW.. in the taxi ride home the driver had 3 tv screens and we were kept well entertained. the driver even slightly swerved once cuz we all (includeing the driver) cracked up at a ridic candid caught on camera type clip.
saturday we had lunch at an italian restaurnatn (not up to par with american italian places but decent enough), walked around our area checking out prices for hairsalons cuz angela edwina alice eddie wanted haircuts, then connie harmonie jj deryi and i just chilled in the A building lounge playing speed uno and pool until
ramsey and i had to head to the HARD TO TRACK DOWN uber secretive prohibition era speakeasy lesbo club meeting. it was held in a cafe called Apple Diner and pretty much everyone except for 2 or 3 girls were T. oh yeah the lingo here is T short for Tomboy. i dont know what they call girly girls, G? or maybe F. TGIF! it was pretty cool, i came in thinking they’d all be crazy tough bitches but they were all very nice. regular meetings are monday nights and i shall be attending them like the good gay i am.
after that some of them went to get taiyi shaved ice (infamous) but ramsey and i met up with our CA friends at ktv at party day? or something like that. we got out of the MRT stop and couldnt figure out how to get there so connie had to come get us and i felt bad =/. good times once we got there though. alcoholic epiphanies are the best - as everyone was happily singing i looked around at all their beautiful faces and i just knew that these 4 months are hands down gonna be one of the most memorable and reminisciable phases of my life <3
countryside excursion to miaoli with ruby tomorrow, got our train tickets for 9am! wooohoo
