my foot finally felt better today after i went to the doctor for only NT$600 (~US $20) without insurance, and that’s including a shot of antibiotics and 60 pills to be consumed over a period of 3 days. not bad!!
thereforeee i went about town, got some bisnizz did, and went to shihlin nightmarket via MOPED which is an adventure all by itself! very satisfied with my nightmarket finds… purchased a ridiculous purple tshirt (the ridiculousness resides in the neon text shouting at me to die with my tongue sticking out, or something like that), awesome half hi top black shoes with some teal green and sparkly black rainbow thangs, frosted brown glasses frames (will add prescription lenses later), ANDDD an amazing dress that could maybe pass for a table cloth.
apart from missing out on a weekend solvang trip with my friends from LA, i’m loving taiwan! it’s saturday night right now and i’m moving into my dorm on monday. i’m on the 12th floor so maybe i’ll have a nice view! will post pics once i move into my dorm, because my laptop’s internet doesnt work here at my aunt’s place.
